2. Hosting the website
When you visit the website, the hosting provider processes technically necessary connection data, in particular IP address, time, requested file, amount of data transferred, referrer, and browser information. This processing is necessary for secure and stable hosting. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
3. Project inquiry and email contact
When you submit the inquiry form, the data you enter is transmitted to us. For the technical delivery of the message we use the email delivery service Resend. We process your details to respond to your inquiry and to prepare a possible contract. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, for general inquiries additionally Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. Retention
We store contact data only for as long as necessary to handle the inquiry, perform a contract, or meet statutory retention obligations. Once the purpose no longer applies and no retention duty exists, the data is deleted.
5. Cookies, analytics, and external fonts
This website currently uses no analytics or marketing services and stores no non-essential cookies. The fonts used are served locally from the website; no connection to Google Fonts is established.
